Advertising cookie only with your consent. We count visits using the Umami tool running on our own server in the European Union: no cookies, no user ID, no transfer of data to anyone. We see which pages are visited and from where (e.g. from Facebook), but we do not see who visits them. The IP address is shortened and not saved. We do not profile and do not make automatic decisions with respect to you that have legal consequences.
If you click “I accept” in the bar at the bottom of the page, two measurement tools will be loaded. Google Analytics 4 saves cookies and counts visits: what website you come from, which subpages you view, whether the form was sent (without its content); without Google ads and without Google signals, we keep data for 14 months. Meta pixel (Facebook) saves a cookie and tells Meta about the page you visited and about submitting the form (without its content) - so that we know whether our Facebook ads lead to reports. Basis: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Without consent, none of them will be loaded. You can change your decision at any time: change cookie consent.
Who we share data with
Only those without whom the service will not work:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) - server where the website and database are located
- OVH (France/Netherlands) - domains and mail
- Anthropic (USA) - AI systems that we use to prepare content and respond to messages (description below). We only provide them with what is needed to write a text or answer; form and message data are not used to train models
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) - Messenger if you write to us on WhatsApp; the message is also seen by our team's messenger
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) - Our team mail (Google Workspace): copies of our replies and notifications of new messages
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent: visit statistics. Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
We do not sell data. Only what we described above is sent to Google and Meta, and only after your consent.
How we respond to messages
An AI assistant prepares the first response to letters, forms and WhatsApp messages. It only uses what you write to us and the information published on this website. Prices, deadlines and everything that obliges you are decided by a human, and a copy of every answer is seen by our team. If you prefer to only talk to a human, please let us know and we will pass it on to someone on the team. We store the content of conversations as data from the form: 12 months from the last contact, and when you become our client - for as long as the contract and tax regulations require.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, to withdraw your consent at any time and to object to processing. Just one message per hello@agencjai.com — we respond within 30 days, usually sooner.
If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The website only works over HTTPS. Access to the server is only possible with an SSH key via a private network - password login is disabled. We keep contact details for platforms encrypted.
