1. Who provides the services

2. Page preview and page

  • We prepare based on the materials provided free site preview at the test address (e.g. yourcompany.agencjai.nl). The preview does not obligate you to purchase.
  • The website (€149 net one-time, with the first year of hosting and .nl domain) is launched after approval of the preview and advance payment; rights to the design and content are transferred to the ordering party after payment.
  • We build it from information that you provide yourself or that is publicly available on your website or profile.
  • You are responsible for having rights to the content and photos you provide to us.
  • Changes on the website - permanent rule. Before you approve the website, we correct it without counting: as many times as necessary until you say “yes”. Once approved, they are included in the price four minor changes throughout the year — text, price, hours, photo, contact details; each up to half an hour work, we do it in two business days. Bigger change - new section, new subpage, form, new layout - is priced upfront before we start. We will never charge you for anything you have not previously agreed in writing.
  • You can request removal of a preview or page at any time - we will remove it within 7 days.
  • We do not guarantee a deadline or a specific marketing effect. Usually, the preview is ready within 24 hours after the materials are ready, but this is not a contractual obligation.
  • We can show the built website as our implementation. If you don't want it, tell us and we won't do it.

3. Paid services

  • The prices are on the website net, without BTW 21%, and are "from" - the exact quote follows the conversation and is free of charge.
  • We conclude the contract in writing or by e-mail; only confirmation of the valuation is binding.
  • Subscriptions (domain, hosting) are settled in advance for the period. Termination effective at the end of the paid period, without notice.
  • Invoice payment deadline: 14 days. Amounts from €290 net can be divided into installments - for example process automation: €290 one-time or €29 per month for a year.
  • Changes to the website they work the same as on the free site: for approval we correct without counting, then four small changes a year are included in the price of maintenance, and a larger one reconstruction is priced in advance.

4. Rights to what is created

After paying the invoice, the rights to the graphic design and content are transferred to you. The domain is registered in your name or in our name - in the latter case, we transfer it at your request free of charge. The tools and templates we use remain ours.

5. Content created with the help of AI

Some of the work - texts, graphics, preliminary versions of pages - is created with the help of artificial intelligence systems. Every item is checked by a human before publication. We talk about it directly because we believe you have the right to know it.

6. Responsibility

We are responsible for the reliable performance of the service. We are not responsible for the consequences of business decisions made on the basis of our materials, for the position in search engines or for interruptions on the part of external providers (domain registrar, social media platforms, server provider). We do not provide tax or legal advice - the information on our website and in our content is of a general nature.

7. Complaints and applicable law

We accept complaints at: hello@agencjai.com and we process it within 14 days. Dutch law applies to contracts. Consumers have additional rights arising from mandatory provisions, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days - unless the service was provided in full with their express consent before the expiry of this period.
