On Werkspot, you don't pay per order, but per customer contact - and the bill comes once a month, so it's easy to overlook how much it costs. We show you how to calculate the cost of one order and how to ensure that the next one arrives without an intermediary.

What you pay for
Registration is free and, as Werkspot writes, there is no subscription fee. You apply for an order via a free message; when a customer provides you with their data (name, phone number, e-mail), Werkspot charges a fee.
- From €3 to €96 per contact — depending on the size of the order and the industry. You see the stakes before you sign up.
- You pay for the contact, not for the order — at the time of submitting the data, you formally do not have a job yet.
- Invoice on the 1st of the month — for the entire previous month, it is automatically deleted from the account.
Calculate the cost of one order
Take invoices from the last three months: how many contacts you paid and how many of them resulted in work. The stake times the number of contacts per win is your true cost.

Several dozen euros for a job costing several thousand - the platform pays off. Several hundred - it's worth it if some of your customers reach you via a different route.
So that your next order comes free of charge
You pay once for the contact - then you talk directly, which is what Werkspot's regulations explicitly provide for. The customer next year or his neighbor just needs to find you easily:
- Leave a trace of your workA business card or a sticker with a number near the fuse box or under the sink.
- Ask for a review on GoogleAn opinion on Werkspot works for your profile on Werkspot, an opinion on Google - for you. How to start: ”Google business card”.
- Have your own websiteA referred customer first checks whether the company is real. A simple page with fulfillments, KvK and a clickable number turns it into a phone call - without a contact fee.
For scale: a simple website with us is €149 one-time, and from the second year onwards it is €65 per year for a domain with hosting - less than two orders from the second bar. More ways: ”How to get clients for renovations in the Netherlands”.
Do you want your recommended customer to go straight to you?
We create simple websites for Polish companies in the Netherlands: Your projects, KvK and BTW in the footer, a number that can be clicked from your phone. First version in 24 hours, and you only pay when you decide it's OK: €149 with the first year of domain, hosting and email included. After payment, the website is yours.
Already have a website? We will check it for free: whether it works on the phone, whether the number can be clicked and whether KvK and BTW are visible.
