Most websites of Polish companies in the Netherlands do not meet three requirements at once. The KvK number on the website is an obligation under the law, and the form without a privacy policy means data processing without the required information.

Five things that must be

- KvK numberOn the website, in e-mails, invoices and offers - Art. 27 Handelsregisterwet 2007. Also applies to sole proprietorship.
- Number BTWWhen you sell online. On the website btw-id (with the letters NL), not omzetbelastingnummer from correspondence with the office.
- Full name and tradesnaamWhen the website says “Jan Malarz” and KvK says “J. Kowalski Schilderwerken” - both are visible.
- Address and contactAddress from KvK (not a box), e-mail and telephone - “easily, directly and constantly available”, i.e. in the footer of each subpage.
- Privacy PolicyThe form, newsletter and even the visit counter are personal data - privacy verification is then mandatory.
The finished block for the footer
Replace the data with your own and paste it in the footer of each subpage (in WordPress, usually “Appearance → Widgets → Footer”).

tel. +31 6 XX XX XX XX · e-mail: info@twojafirma.example
KvK 12345678 · BTW NL001234567B01
Make the number clickable - in the code . This is not a requirement, just the difference between the phone that rings and the number that was entered incorrectly.
Check your website in two minutes
- On your phone, scroll to the bottom of the home page and any subpage with the service. KvK and BTW are in both?
- Tap a phone number - does the calling screen open?
- Do you have the form? Look for the “Privacy” link.

Provide the website address and we'll check, among other things, whether KvK and BTW are visible, whether the phone number is clickable and whether the website works on the phone. You will get a list of specifics with evidence for each point. You don't have to order anything.
Don't have a website yet? We will make it within 24 hours of the materials, and you pay €149 only when you decide it is OK - with KvK and BTW included from the first day and with the first year of the domain, hosting and email included in the price.
